Dave Kelly15/02/2026I have just sold my house with Grosvenor Waterford and the whole process from beginning to end was very friendly, extremely efficient and as stress free as possible. We were constantly given advice on pricing and documentation, and the ladies in the office were all wonderfull. They always answered the phone and provided me with constant updates. Geraldine Hackman05/07/2025I have recently used Grosvenor Waterford Estate Agents to arrange the sale of my late Mum’s house. To say they go the extra mile is a massive understatement. Laura, Tracy and Mark all went many extra miles to get a difficult sale over the finish line. They liaised with other parties when we thought everything was about to fall apart and even organised a house clearance for me. I cannot praise Grosvenor Waterford enough.
